Fast and very efficient service. Peyton is very knowledgeable and friendly.

He showed up on time. He was very professional! I was thrilled that he wore covers on his shoes as we do not wear shoes in the home. (It's all in the little things!) He explained everything as he went along and made sure I understood. He took the time to show me how things worked and did not push me to purchase. While one separate item does have an issue, he assured me my unit was in great condition and did not need any work. I was very happy with the quality of service. Thanks!!

I am very happy with the work done by GETTEK. I liked them so well that I had them put me on an annual contract. They've had to correct some errors done by others on the Trane Geothermal Unit. Very competent people.

They sent an outstanding team of knowledgeable professionals. They said it could take up to a week, and they were done in three days. Found/corrected things that the previous owner had not addressed. Explained everything they were doing for our HVAC system. And showed me how to take care of it to get the best performance out of the system. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an issue with our AC while out of state and Geotek was able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue and have it fixed the next day. Debbie, who handled the scheduling/admin was extremely helpful and friendly making this stressful event a breeze. I would easily recommend Geotek to anyone needing AC services.

Geotek was prompt in addressing all my AC issues in this "special" condo. The work couldn't be accomplished the 1st call because the compressor was overheated but they arranged their schedule and got it working the next morning 1st call. I have used them for several years and highly recommend their service!
